Maritime Students Sent By Goodluck Jonathan To Study In Philippines Graduate [SEE PHOTOS]
A fresh set of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and Nigerian Seafarers Development Programme (NSDP) students have graduated from University of Perpetual Help System, Philippines.
The students were sent during the regime of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
